Hi: I have a very promising Blue Cheese recipe i make in my restaurant, can’t keep enough of it in stock, had talked to a co-packer & got most everything in order to start bottling except the shelf life hopefully you can help? It will be a refrigerated product.

I have a variey of carob products that need shelf life and nutritional analysis testing, room temprature and refridgerated. Do you do any of those services? If so, what do you charge?

I want to know more about your services.

How much time analysis take, costs, sample treatment that is needed.

I do work on a food company, and my business area is confectionery (both sugar and chocolate).

I want to know if you are able to do shelf life testing for chocolates, and for chewy candies (that includes fats) this means, if you have accelerated oxidative shelf life testings for this.
