HI I am a Chef at a northern Michigan restaurant and i have created a couple salad dressings and i would like to bottle them…. I would need the shelf life of the product and the nutritional fact…. How long would this process take and how much would it cost? Also what all would you need from me? (I.E samples, recipes….)
The nutritional facts will take about 3 days if we run the database analysis and I would need the recipes. The total cost for this type of analysis is $65 per sample. We have a complete analytical label that is more expensive, but I do not think you would need this type of testing.
