That’s awesome that you have a lab for testing of disease causing organisms. I guess when there is a food borne illness, you are there to do the testing for restaurants, governments, hospitals and schools in order to find the cause. Are you the ones who found the listeria in the cantaloupe?
No, we did not find the listeria in the cantaloupe, but we certainly could run that test:)
